All applications can be completed online. A current State-issued Drivers License or photo ID are required with the application, along with proof of income. This documentation can be uploaded online or brought into the property. We process all applications and may conditionally approve your application(s) while you wait. All applications are given final approval by the Property Manager within 72 hours.
Yes. Your total income must be at least 2.5 times the portion of your rent you are responsible for. If you do not meet the minimum income requirement, you have the option of applying with a guarantor. For more information, contact the leasing office.
If the income requirement of 2.5 times your rental amount is met, we will then check your credit and rental history. We use Equifax to obtain a copy of your credit report, and we consider public records regarding rental history. If your income, credit and rental history meet our criteria, we will conditionally approve your application before we check your criminal background.
The application fee is $32 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.
A $200 move-in fee is charged to cover move in expenses and is due upon moving in. The fee is non-refundable.
A $200 advanced rental deposit is due upon completion of the application. The fee reserves the apartment for you while the application is processed. Once your application is approved, the advanced rental deposit will be applied to your first months rent upon move-in. If your application is not approved, the advanced rental deposit will be refunded.

Yes! We are pet friendly. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. For garden style apartments, your pet must not exceed 65 pounds and for mid-rise/high-rise it must not exceed 35 pounds. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $300 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $45 monthly pet rent/ pet. *Ask us how to get your pet deposit waived when you sign up for Jetty Deposit!
Yes! Additional storage is available for $10-25 per month.
All utilities are included with the exception of water, sewer & trash.
Yes, Renters insurance for a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required for all residents. Residents may choose an insurance provider of their choice. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in.
Parking at the community is free of charge. Reserved parking is available for $40 per month.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom

Seven springs community is good in their service and maintenance. Bus service is available at every 15 minutes. Nearby market place ( shoppers, Best Buy and some others) and IKEA for furnitures are available within 10 minutes walkable distance. Very pleasant place with good scenery.

I have lived in SSV since 1973, and do not expect to move because all of my room, comfort and convenience requirements are being met at a monthly cost I find affordable. The long-term service of the SSV staff, particularly in maintenance, is of great assistance. They all know me. When I call, they come expeditiously. I have lived in Seven Springs since 1973 and have just extended my lease for another year. Rent increases have, thus far, been reasonable, and the surrounding area has convenient shopping, restaurants, movies,etc.
